I’m going to be the slowest poke ever…. Unfortunately, I committed to reading a different book and I have to say I am having trouble focusing on it when I know a new KC book is in my library…
Slow and steady does it since KC books are precious and I really cannot get back into rereading the whole bundle of IAD again…

Yeah... NO. I'm not falling down Cole's trap again. Her series IS exceptional but you need to be in that rabbit hole from first book to last. Yes some authors take breaks or have issues. I won't buy anything else due to possibly having to find, get enthused and re-read a pivotal book in the series to get me back on track. Also, my gf paid $11 for the novella that came out about a halloween witch. Nah. I just will not do this anymore. My opinion. Everyone else enjoy.

I hear you, Christine… I have read and own everything KC has published so far. I am so deep in this rabbit hole that there’s no way I can forgo it.Nevertheless, I am somewhat surprised by the price tags on both the ebook and the physical book.
Going back to the story, I will say that this one reads a bit differently… Kosmina, so far, gives a lacklustre feel, though I’m still waiting for the story to unfold.
I am hopeful. I have been in a slump for a while. I need a good book. Too many books with a lemony taste. I’m too old for young adult novels…. Rant done. Moving forward.
