This isn’t going particularly well. Has anyone read this and can give me some encouragement? I mean, she’s brilliant obviously, but I’m struggling to want to read. This is a thick text. Not the kind of thing to please or charm or entertain anyone at a dinner party if you know what I mean. Wowza.

I read this after reading her autobiography and a few novels—seeing the woman behind the text did a lot for me, but it is just dense. The theory section I liked, the second was awful, but sheer determination to say I’d done it got me through. Idk how worthwhile a motivational speech that is though😅
