I know I literally just updated my status but I came across a line I'd like to remember:
"You see, Frank found out the hard way that the dark things lurking in the night don’t haunt old houses or abandoned ships. They haunt minds."

I'm a fan of David Wong's articles on cracked.com so I'm hoping this is like an extended version of what I find in those.
So far, I'm liking it. I've already giggled a little, so that's a good sign.

I found this kind of clever and different:
“He’s haunting her house, out in [town name removed for privacy]."
