Thematically this is a solid 4-4.5. But the actual plot and dialog pulled it down to a 3.5. Im very picky about my second chance romances. The stakes around this were too high to be approached the way they did. The themes were great but some of the dialog exploring the themes felt like an afterschool special. People just don't talk like that

Points for exploring hard themes of loss, co-parenting, therapy, etc.
