10 stars! I’m an intermediate Chinese learner, and I’m learning so much from this book! Knowing how parts of a character form its meaning makes every character its own mnemonic device, much easier to remember, plus it gives contextual clues about the “feel” of the word, and thus also the cultural and spiritual history of China.
