So far I am really enjoying this book. I think that the repetitive examples of animals experiencing grief and emotions is really raw.

I have animals, and so far this book is hitting it on the nose about horses and ducks. The next chapter is bunnies (I also had bunnies named Carmel and Oreo) so I am interested to read it.

I like that the author mentions all animals grieve and that some may just do it differently than humans. Recognize soul.
