this book's intended audience is christian scholars (i am not christian). / i really liked the queer christ chapter, and upon reflection i also like the laundry story, but i just feel a religious chasm btwn me and the text bc ik i'm not the intended audience. i struggle with this text. / i find this discipleship, even if its just in theory, so unrealistic. / richly written
