also, i'm sorry but we're JUST NOW learning ginny's crush is not one-sided... like i'm nearly 30% through the book and for the first time getting any sort of indication that elsie sees ginny as more than just a really super close best friend and is actually attracted to them. 🫤

buried the lede a bit with elsie's backstory tbh. it finally came at the end of chapter 10- it should have come in chapter 7 during her fight with her dad.
