- The dialogue is super cringey and unnatural. This is the main reason I stopped reading. Like, it’s bad.
- Kai is very unconvincing as a ruthless future enforcer. I feel like the author wanted to make him cruel but also likable, and as a result, tried way too hard and failed on both counts.
