Less than 100 pages in this book is alr so good. Seeing the way strange manipulated Vanessa, hearing the actual words he used and his feigned innocence is fucking genius. It’s awful how deeply he destroyed her and how the impacts of their relationship still haunt every relationship she has to this day including w herself
