I put on the audiobook to listen to in bed, like a dummy. I do not feel sleepy! More like shell shocked.

Started off pretty rough, but we're getting somewhere now. Unlike when I read Only Killers and Thieves, I'm not going into this blind. Paul Howarth knows how to inflict pain and I know it's probably only beginning. Still, I don't fully understand why this sequel exists yet.
