I admit, I'm totally sucked into this story, the mysteries are too many (and in some cases interesting) to not find out what happens. Orka, I love her, she's a great character. Varg is a mix of indecision and empathy for his situation. Elvar, and this is just my opine, but she's more 'Evoir" from Assassin's Creed Valhalla than her own character, but she a strong female lead with a goal and the means to get there.

I'm kinda into this book. Not a great book, but a good story, and the pacing is good, keeps you interested.

No shortage of brutal reality here. Yikes. However; I have caught several mistakes in the text, misspelled or missing words, nothing that is so big it detracts from the story, just an off moment where you're left to fill in the blank occasionally.
