Oh no, I just got switched to the new Goodreads homepage and it's awful. How did they manage to design something that's harder to navigate, and an eyesore, and a rip-off of other social media sites, all at the same time?

This is the worst! It's much more focused on the blurbs rather than the reviews if the books. And none of the images show up in the reviews on the feed, it just says [image]. Grrrr

I complained about the loss of the discussion page. The visual cacophony of the feed page means that I'll never visit it. I plan to dive to my profile pic and navigate from that drop down menu.
Mine hasn't changed yet, so I'm enjoying the last few moments of what was.

I'm so much more likely to buy a book because of a review I see, than a blurb. Reviews are what leads me to click the book/blurb, when it's a new to me author, especially.
They've discounted the strength of Goodreads to repeat the same crappola on the Amazon book pages. Who's going to be sifting through the feeds when it takes three times longer to do so?
