EARTHQUAKE!

Oh no, I’ve read too fast. Maybe just one chapter tonight.

Started my annual re-read today. Chapter Four, audio.

Just when I think there might be too much information, the evening of the earthquake begins. All that character background was important to set up each character’s moonlight cry of help. And their reaction to the earthquake.

Listening for my BBC annual reread. Love to rereading it at Eastertime. 7 chapters already today.

This is an introvert’s book. Lots of build up and background. But I love it. The action points are so much more poignant. <3 The conflicts so too build, until the beautiful resolution(s). Just like music.

Zipping through this book. Good way to practice self care whilst working from home. It’s like music.

Chapter eleven, audio book. Although the narration is slower than I can read, it allows me to multitask. He does the voices so well. There’s a lot of description in this book, and the narrator is so calming.

Chapter 21! I’m staying up too late listening to this wonderful part of the story. Ten o’ clock Bruscoe Point. It’s like a miracle.

Oh dear. I’ve gotten ahead of myself. Only a few more chapters, but I want to finish reading on Easter Sunday. But I can’t stop listening !
