Now she is living with Eli the oops husband as she finds her shallow local "friends " don't want her if she is poor. She's made many bad choices and has led a superficial life. She now has to wake up to REAL life but not really as she is still waiting for divorce so she can get her trust fund money back. For me she is just not a very likeable character. I liked books 1.5 and 4 of this series so this is a real downer.

Taking me forever to finish this one as I still don't like Marlee. Her wealth has let her be stupid, staying engaged and planning event wedding just because she wants the show even though she not madly in love with the groom. Then getting drunk married in Vegas to a really nice guy who she's known forever but wants instant divorce as she has been cut off financially by her parents. She is almost 30!!

Such a struggle getting into this book I may have to take it off the menu! I don't like the h Marlee she has been in a boring relationship for long time but still is going to get married to the guy. Lucky for her he breaks it up as he is bored too, unluckily she is left cancelling wedding of the year 2 days before it is supposed to happen. I don't feel the chemistry as she just seems weak and kind of shallow.

This book is so dragging for me I just can't buy into the characters at this point. This is disappointing as I really liked books 1.5 and book 4 of this series.
