In under a hundred pages, Xay goes from zero to OP and wealthy (by his metrics, as an orphan) in that short a time. Not to mention the connections he has with two powerful heiresses who love him in spite of his underprivileged upbringing. This should be a clear DNF point for the more discerning reader, but I'm gonna keep at it.
