The eponymous essay, Andrea Long Chu's response, and the essay Coda which follows, has made for fascinating reading and prompted a lot of fresh thinking and discussion for me about politicized desires and their mutability/justice.

On the other hand, while On Not Sleeping With Your Students is a very interesting essay, it is painfully cisheteronormative in its (very incomplete) analysis, for no obvious reason.
