Soooo he pushes her away because he’s worried he will hurt her. Than is upset when after all the pushing she has sunken into a miserable stage of loving and wanting someone who refuses to accept their love. This is an ick for me. He knows how mind fucked she’s been in the past. Just talk about it like adults

Argh ida you stupid woman !! From one mother to an egg donor, you would’ve been a horrible “mother”. A child, let alone a baby of rape is never to blame. I truly disliked that play out of the scene but hoping it brings closure to gray.

I don’t like how he is punishing Aria, if he truly thought he prayed upon her vulnerability he wouldn’t of waited months to get with her 🤦🏼‍♀️

So she’s upset that Gray/Ash is still texting Nyx, even thou she is not being straight up an playing with his feeling through the platform. This school yard shit is hard to look past. I get the insecurities, I’m a typical size 16 woman after having four babies nothing is firm anymore but she can’t keep playing victim when she’s not helping the situation. She should tell Ash she is seeing someone.

Pray Jesus hallelujah, it happened the build up to it all happened.

I was a wee let down in some aspect the tension building between the two characters didn’t flow into the seggs scene but hopefully just the tip of the iceberg

Argh I’m over half way in this book and the continuous back an fourth bull crap about them both knowing one is ash and nyx but not being grown enough to tell each other. Like wtf. She even stated to gray about if he had intentions for someone he like don’t lead her on be upfront. But yet she plays dumb school girl and continues to live in her stupid non existent love bubble *forehead slap*

Honestly loving it, but it’s a very slow burner. The short chapters and back n fourth exchanges between Gray and Ari is exhausting. So far I’m just waiting for the combustion and praying the middle part of the book kicks into gear
