I read this as an evaluator for UWF reading program. The title did not accurately describe the content for me. The violence described was not the physical violence I initially thought about. It deals with micro aggressions and combating all types of mistreatment and discrimination/ domination in the workplace . environment. Written by director emeritus of The MK Gandhi Institute for Non-violence.
