if you are an overworked mom that somehow got the privilege of a sliver of time to read this book, yes it might be good.

But if you think you are gods strongest soldier as a remote worker who works 4h a day and has a tiktok screen time of 8h a day, while you will in fact feel babied by this book currently it doesnt seem to be the book for you
