Maybe I’m a complete dumbass, but I just realized that Snow is the Snake TBOSAS. Obv Lucy Gray is the songbird. I had always assumed it was because snakes were used as a weapon/plot device in Lucy Gray‘s games, but in Mockingjay, Finnick is talking about how Snow poisons his enemies and how poison is the perfect weapon for a snake
