I’m honestly so confused. Where are we and what is happening and who are these people. How does this world work and why…I feel like I missed 50 pages of worldbuilding and lore. Am I just stupid??? I keep waiting for things to be explained or finally make sense but I just found out the houses are actually all their own separate planets??? I was imagining like 20~50 ppl max per house but surely there’s more then?

Are these planets bustling and lively or is rly only a handful of ppl left on each planet like it feels like??? I’m so lost. Why are we at a palace. Genuinely what is happening I don’t understand why anyone does anything 😭😭
