Wow, they are really building this story up. The games haven’t even begun yet and I’m over halfway done! I can tell once the games start, it’s gonna go so fast. I wonder if Haymitch will succeed, what will they do? How is he gonna survive? He’s either wanted dead or wanted hero, there’s no room in between. And we all know he isn’t the end hero…

The games haven’t even started yet and everything is already against Haymitch. I wonder if they’ll break the machine but then how will be escape getting in trouble? It’s weird knowing he will live but I’m worried he will lose Lenore somehow which is what drives him drunk in the end. Also, is Plutarch the same from the original hunger games?

As horrible as always. Always baffles me how a society can be so cruel to people. I can really feel Haymitch’s longing for his family and his love. It sucks how he was just voluntarily nominated instead of being randomly picked. I was wondering how he would be reaped…makes his story even sadder. I hate how it’s already stacked against district 12! And Luella already died…not that I thought she’d make it.

Ah! I had no idea this was gonna be Haymitch’s story! I’m so intrigued and also they included Lucy Grays kin! I wonder if she’ll show up because Snow is obviously still in the story. Ugh, can’t believe I’m back in the world of Hunger Games! It’s exciting but maddening.
