Tues 051325 - VH1 Glass Table - Enjoying the lovely cool Michigan breeze floating in through the open back windows & being w/Lucy. Ethan made a yummy breakfast of eggs & buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes for us that we enjoyed w/Fortino’s European Hazlenut coffee as we had a nice visit 1on1. Alli is subbing today. I finished this book after breakfast & thoroughly enjoyed it. Glad I have the sequel!

Mon 051225 - VH1 Glass Table w/Lucy - I read more at bedtime last night & over my late lunch today. The storyline is moving quickly & I will finish this soon! I had such a lovely Mother’s Day yesterday being here w/Ethan & Alli. First one all together again in 5 years!! Ethan & I had lovely coffee at Village Baker outside, Alli got back from Saginaw after we were home & we went to downtown GH for dinner on river.

Sun 051125 - VH1 - I read a little last night after we returned from Grandville after Ethan’s awesome concert & dinner. The trip to Midland & being here with Ethan for Mother’s Day is so special. Alli is returning from Saginaw now & I will be thoroughly enjoying being w/both of them for the day. What a weekend & cherished time!!! This book is much better than I expected & has taken some interesting plot twists.

Sat 051025 - Freeland MI at Elizabeth’s house - My trip to Midland has been wonderful so far w/lunch w/Mike Williams at Midland Country Club, a walk & visit w/Lowell Youngquist at Dow Gardens, Emily Dean’s shower at Grove Tea Lounge w/Alli & visiting w/Saturn, & long visit w/Elizabeth last night. Her kitty Maisey slept in my bedroom w/me & still here. Heading to Cafe Zinc for brunch today.

Weds 050725 - 36 ORD - This has been an addictive interesting read so far, & I finished a lot yesterday, although it was a distraction from other work to do. This is my second book by this author. I think it is quite interesting how she is portraying the inner thoughts of the main character Elysia & her interpretations of the world. Glad I chose to check out another of her books to read purely for fun.

Tues 050625 - 36 ORD - I dove into this book yesterday evening after running some errands. Parts of it remind me of the book Klara & the Sun, which was very thought provoking around artificial intelligence. It also reminds me of some movies we’ve watched about AI. It is really good so far & was hard to stop reading. My eyes were getting sleepy, so I had to stop. This will be a fun & frightening read.
