Finished yesterday. It obviously has a cliffhanger. Not sure if I would buy the sequel. But this was not a bad read. Bit too technical as the author overdoes his love for serious surgery.
I am not a fan of sien e fiction, but this could be reality except for the coincedenses and easy, sometimes simple plot.
