Very whiny and juvenile perspective. Takes me back to elementary with the petty drama

Looked for a quick, available now thriller on Libby and found this one. I have never heard of it. This could be a phenomenal dystopian social commentary or a horrible scare tactic by people who have no idea what it is like to grow up with technology
