It’s difficult to get through until you hit the last 40%. I almost DNF’d but skipped pages until *that* part and it was a ride after.

This story could have been punchier if Grant took out 150 pages. The lore and background of the murder plants was so good, but all the inner turmoil with Stasia was too much.

@sharlee i’ve been thinking about it more and I think I am gonna continue! The beginning was just so insane I think I will be able to overlook my little misgivings.

I DNF’ed at 53%, I see a lot of people saying that it does pick up at the end but I already felt the biggest reading slump coming and I had to check out. I wish we got more sci-fi horror that was promised, alas, Stasia’s need to talk about everything that came to her mind was the true horror of this story.
