Animalistic. I hate the way time moves in the book. It makes sense that Warlow would not know the date or time, but the other characters only describe time passing in a very indefinite way as well. No one actually likes each other. No one exhibits empathy or human emotions that rise above animalistic or “moral” descriptions. I don’t like the book so far.
