Get input all the time on how you are a failure.

Had to decide if you are going to correct or control everybody.

I need to control their perception of me… no we don’t

He can be trusted with vengeance.

If we do trust him we can rest because he is going to settle the score.

Let people off the hook.

We. Keep fight or flight and we keep it. We should be letting it go.
