I'm enjoying the story much more by going through the numerals first in order, not in chapter order. when I get to the last numeral, I'll switch to chapter 1. it's been so much more satisfying this time.

I've started over this damn novel, doing the numerals first in numeral order, after which I will do the chapters in numbered order, the way this stupid book should have been laid out by the publisher. I've already listened to half of it couldn't make any sense of it that way so I'm starting over.

reading it more carefully this time because it's a stupidly confusing layout. just write the damn book in a readable structure, please?
