Seeing how the checklist evolves reminds me of the steps I took to streamline stuff at my workplace: all the efforts to get everyone on board, getting everyone to maintain it without micromanaging, and measuring to see if we did change anything in the end. I can definitely use the checklist mentality in my personal life too.
