This book has some stellar nuggets of wisdom within its pages.
I have found some things useful...
The essays can be redundant on various approaches and perhaps some severe editing would have made for a clearer, more readable book. How are they to know which essay might strike the right cord in your own circumstances?
A work in progress but I can see what the buzz about this book is about - prodding you to action.
