I still cannot believe that Jacob is not letting go of his mother being gone. I mean, I understand that its really hard to lose someone you really love. But, why is it taking him so long to realize it. It says. "Jacob wished he could wake up from his nightmare he was living in, but this was no delusion." He still hasn't sunken it in that shes gone. I hope he realizes this soon because this is getting a little boring.

I think that this book started out really weird. At first, I thought that Jacob was an angel in heaven but, not his mom is the one that is dead. Also, Jacob's uncle won't really give information on his mom. But, i feel that Jacob should be able to know. For example, Jacob's uncle says, "All we can do now is pray for your mom and hope that she's in God's hands." Jacob should just try to figure things out on his own.
