I knew it was going to come to this and I didn’t know how I’d feel about the transition. I don’t really know that I like it. I get it but it feels forced to me. And even with Elias’s secrets out, it doesn’t really make me care for him and still see him as sus

I knew this was coming but idk how I feel about it happening at this exact place in time. But I also see how it could be just considered cheating if it was to be delayed any further for the first transgression. But idk. We’ll see how this continues to grow. I get that Beau trusts him but that doesn’t mean I have to.

I picked this ARC on 100% a whim, but my god this is really good. And this is 100% from a male perspective and somehow I still like it? Kudos to S.E. McPherson, you’ve done the impossible

This is so interesting and also what a mystery. We’ve got political intrigue, forbidden love, longing, enemies. I’m also not totally bored even though there hasn’t been a single romantic scene yet.
