The regular ASM title is reset yet again. In this debut issue, we find Peter applying for various jobs after his stint at OsCorp. He gets hired at Rand Enterprises through the help of an old school mate, Brian Nehring. Peter runs off on his 1st day of work to intercept as Spidey the rampaging Rhino. The Rhino has a heart attack during the fight. Spidey later investigates Rhino's apartment only to find hallucinations.
