More professional linguistic detail than I'm equipped to understand - but still fascinating.

Unbelievably difficult to sort out all the variations in the different dialects, especially when different language is used with certain kinship groups (mothers-in-law).

Excellent so far. They're up in FNQ around Cairns, sweating and spending ages with people for a few words of language here and there. So many different ones!
