How are you enjoying this book? I have it on my list!

Just started! But so far pretty promising. My mom reviewed it fairly well. I expect some repetition, a bit of confirmation bias, and mostly-solid science. Mainly I'm reading it to motivate myself to have a better relationship with my digital life and set the kids up in the way I basically already know I need to.
