I actually blazed through this within a few hours of purchasing and then had a lively discussion with friends who were also reading it about the juxtaposition of the poop transplant chapter and the food recipes. Very unappetizing. Very joke worthy. Nothing was new for me here, but it was nice to have the information assembled in one book.
