I’m normally not a fan of slow burns, I like them to at least hook up by 30%, here at 41% they still haven’t kissed or acknowledged feelings however I haven’t minded. I love the dual pov, and that we are really getting to know each main character. I’m so far very impressed with this book.

Ok, funny how 14 pages makes me go from this is a good book to Claire needs to get over herself. She is starting to annoy me. She has a broken leg and still doesn’t want him to help her! There is a difference between stubborn and independent. If you let him help you, your independence doesn’t go away!! Authors need to get that memo. Also, have a conversation for f***s sakes, she thinks he doesn’t like her. Talk
