i don’t have the words to do this book justice. the way miles describes his love for west virginia and the way it’s looked down upon by both political parties is so similar to how i feel about oklahoma and why dc left a bad taste in my mouth. the plot and narration is well crafted and scratches an itch in my mind that loves this kind of story/genre. reminds me of night in the woods, feels like a queer joan aiken.
