So many of the deaths are these devastating but overall inconsequential moments that I completely forgot about them. I read the Thunderclash death recently and that sucked. I hated that.

Honestly, so relaxing now that all the big deaths are out of the way. It feels like a book again and not a self inflicted torture session

I recently read the Harvard Crimson article about this book and honestly its such a funny opinion to have. The reviewer talked about how the characters suffered from lack of introduction and about how the readers did not care about JRo's OCs but I could not disagree more. When I first read this book at 14 I did not know most of the characters and did not feel that hindered by understanding of them +I'd die for Sygnet

Pat just started reading this and I am SO GLAD because currently I feel like a noose is tightening around my neck watching it get closer and closer to my faves death and getting texts from Pat saying "It started which not a bang but a whimper???? NIKKI WHAT ARE YOU GETTING ME INTO" lifts the mood DRASTICALLY

God, This book turns 25 on March 4th. I'm throwing her a party.

Tbh I should check my heart-rate while I read this. I'm deep enough now that I'm so anxious waiting for them to kill my favorite characters.

We've hit the part where both Prowl's and Quark and Rev-tone's death flags have started waving and YEAH I did cry about it. I legitimately do not think any fiction deaths have ever hit me as hard as these 3.
