Love the stories she write, the one about Hazel (written actually by her daugther) was heart-warming

I like it, but Kimmener uses a lot of words that I don't know in her chapters, most probably relating to plants. So as a non native (also to the US!) English speaker that is a bit hard. Finished a chapter and am wondering if we can create any practical guidelines to follow in our lives to be more in line with our values. Is such a thing already out there?

She speaks of nature with a deep sense of love and reprodicity. it's nice. It all brings out stories in my about my grandpa, and appreciate this world a bit more.

The author makes an interesting point about woman and our connection to nature; in Christian history, Eve is banned from the garden of eden because she enjoys nature/fruit/wants pleasure (is this the biblical origin of misogyny?) while (American) indegenous stories are more positive. How do these stories shape our relation with nature?
