Despite the amount of fear Rose has, I hate that she still finds a man trying to kill her as a game. She leaves the door open intentionally for him, taunts him telling him to “come get” her and laughs at the whole thing. The man is literally trying to murder her and she states she’s terrified, but it’s still funny?? This whole scene is irritating😭

Definitely a slow burn but I like that Fionn isn’t as much of a “hunter-killer” as his two other brothers. I love the way Weaver introduced Rose and Fionn in the first two books and gives insight as to how Rose ended up with Fionn (when Rowan and Sloane first show up at his house) in the first place.

OH AND Fionn came to help her (fully aware of the situation) and still lies and claims she’s “working a Fright Fest” despite a murderer chasing her. Fionn has literally helped her through numerous situations and she still chooses to lie when he could be saving her life instead?
