Listening to this in Graphic Audio which is always a treat, but the world building in this is fantastic. I'm fully invested in the world and the characters now and I'm SOOOOO curious about Michael. And that moment between Bethant Ann and Lance. Oh my heart. What amazing character development. Kudos, Mr Anderle.
