The only thing I know about this world is there are supes and humans co-existing, there is a candy/coffee shop, dress shop, jewelry store, a supe prison, and Raf’s apartment. It just seems shallow and sort of foggy. Formulaically, I like an urban paranormal fantasy romance and this ticks some of the boxes. The author ham-fisted in Raf being a murderer and Tatum seems bothered by it occasionally - future plot point?
