This book won't be for everyone but it's so well written and really paints a picture of what it was like to be on board the ship when it was hit by torpedoes from a German U-Boat. The attitudes of some of the super rich are mind boggling. One wealthy woman refused to talk to her lowly car driver (at home, before sailing) so she rode around a city for hours! The sinking ship was the great equalizer.
