There were lots of characters to meet at the beginning but now I’m hooked on the mysteries that are coming up.

This reminds me a bit of a beachy book I read last summer. I went back to my review, which said I struggled with the characters’ development and the mystery resolution. I’m hoping this book meets the mark better!
