And now I'm watching it and it sooo delicious to see the little sprinkles of flirting in the drama. In the novel, Priest is excellent at making the whole novel feel like foreplay! The sexual chemistry and the bantering! 🔥
The second, forth and 5th volumes are my favorites! I love how each volume is based on a classic work and she brilliantly molded it all together and made the story flow so well between each arc, leading to an excellent finale!
Many people say Fei Du is very OP, but I beg to differ. He doesn't have it that easy. Also, every time Wenzhou interrogates someone, I die a little from my racing heart and the feels. Hehe! He's so... *faints!* Help me! 🤣
I only started reading it when I already watched half of Jitd but I think that it's so much better the other way around. So now I'll first read the third case before continue watching 😄I agree, I really enjoy their banter and flirting. I just love the way priest writes couples 😍 and even if we don't have even half of that in the drama, I'm still amazed at how much of their "flirting" they managed to get into 🤩
I also don't think that Fei Du is too OP. I mean, he's not always right and... I was trying to explain sth but my brain is on sleep mode already 😅😴😴 anyway, I totally agree that Wenzhou is very sexy when he's a little mean (or a lot) 😏🤤🤤
