Its not bad, but I am not entirely convinced so far. The world building and story is interesting, but the characters a pretty bland.

I still really can't connect with the characters. I should care but I don't. The world continues to fascinate me, but sadly I don't really care if any of the mcs live or die. And while I do wanna know what happens and how it all ends, with those bland characters it's a bit of a slog to get through this book.
