I'm listening to the audiobook, and I'm already kinda grossed out.
This firefighter, in the middle of rescuing a child, is thinking about how hot the mom is in her leggings, crying over her son (who is OK, but still).
Am I supposed to like the MC? Because this isn't helping. I'm already close to DNFing.

Christine, you're right! This is totally SPN fanfic.
-emotionally constipated MC.
-one MC 2 in shorter than the other.
-1 w/green eyes, 1 w/blue.
-MC w/brother spent childhood on the road w/mother not in picture.
-MC likes fruity drinks with umbrellas.
The author should have removed the last 2 things and I would have never known for sure that this was SPN fic.
